Wisdom Trust Capital and TCIM are raising the environmental standards for building in China. Presently, TCIM has more than 30 million square feet under various phases of development. TCIM has the authority from the Chinese Central Government to build “the new China” following the government's mandate to build new towns and cities for 900 million people in the rural part of China. The first five projects are in various provinces and four (4) capital cities: Niaozhong, Changchun, Chengdu, Tangshan and Zhengzhou.
